Rokop Mentors Lithuanian Entrepreneurs, Profiled in Lithuanian News Article
Industry Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship Nik Rokop hosted and mentored two young entrepreneurs from Lithuania as part of a startup accelerator from July 20-August 14. The program, which was made possible through a partnership between the University Technology Park at IIT and Technopolis in Lithuania, provided full funding for the entrepreneurs to travel to º£½ÇÂÒÂ×, develop their startups, and connect with º£½ÇÂÒÂ×'s rich community of entrepreneurs.
The two entrepreneurs were Paulius Paskevicius, CEO of Solid Education, whose company provides game development instruction to youth in 22 cities and towns in Lithuania; and Justas Pikelis, CEO of Stebink, whose company develops and provides provocative advertising technologies and experiences for big brands. The two participants were selected by Technopolis as part of a national startup competition. The Accelerator was recently profiled by Delfi Verslas, a Lithuanian-language news outlet.
