Nayar Prize II Briefing
On March 1, 2016, Illinois Institute of Technology announced that Trustee Madhavan Nayar (M.S. IE 鈥�68) and his wife, Teresa, on behalf of the Nayar Family Foundation, have established an additional $1.1 million prize package for the Nayar Prize II. Members of the Illinois Tech community have a second opportunity to develop breakthrough, innovative projects that will, within three years, produce meaningful results with a societal impact. The first Nayar Prize, introduced in 2015, is currently in Phase 1 of the competition.
Proposals for Nayar Prize II are due September 1, 2016.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal, you are invited to attend a Nayar Prize II briefing to be held on Monday, April 25 from 2鈥�3 p.m. in the auditorium of The McCormick Tribune Campus Center, hosted by Vice Provost Dennis A. Roberson and Deputy Vice Provost for Research Ganesh G. Raman.
